1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bingoph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the bingoph online gaming platform, accessible at bingoph.org, and the entity operating it.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bingoph platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on bingoph following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" means the bingoph website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming services, tools, and features.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot games, bingo games, fishing games, and any other wagering products available on the bingoph platform.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a Player's bingoph account wallet, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account pursuant to a bingoph promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by bingoph before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory body in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the bingoph platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bingoph platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bingoph platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

bingoph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the bingoph platform for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations for casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bingoph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bingoph or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that would make participation in real-money gaming harmful to you.

bingoph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bingoph may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on bingoph, you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one bingoph account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bingoph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of breach: You must notify bingoph immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account closure: bingoph reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

bingoph is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. By registering on bingoph, you consent to these verification procedures.

bingoph may request the following documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name).
• Source of funds documentation, where required by bingoph's compliance team.

bingoph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and place an account under review pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the timeframe specified by bingoph may be closed, and any remaining balance may be returned to the original deposit source after deducting any applicable charges.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bingoph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer to supported Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as via debit card.
• Deposits are credited to your bingoph wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically near-instant for GCash and Maya.
• bingoph does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by bingoph at any time.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank accounts only. Withdrawals to accounts not registered in your name are not permitted.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 5.
• bingoph targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals and same-business-day processing for bank transfers, subject to verification status and applicable review procedures.
• bingoph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bingoph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and bingo may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse prevention: bingoph reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal of real funds: Where a player holds both real funds and bonus funds, real funds will generally be used first, unless otherwise specified.

bingoph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the bingoph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generators (RNG): All non-live games on bingoph use certified Random Number Generators to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) under the supervision of trained dealers and studio management.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection, bingoph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. bingoph's decision in such matters is final.
• Disputed outcomes: If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must notify bingoph's support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. bingoph will investigate and provide a resolution based on its server-side game logs, which shall be the definitive record of game outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bingoph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or game manipulation.
• Using the bingoph platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to bingoph immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bingoph staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bingoph platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

bingoph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

10.1 Player Tools

bingoph provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bingoph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10.2 Age Verification

bingoph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Age verification is conducted during the registration process and may be repeated at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bingoph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of bingoph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bingoph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the bingoph platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any bingoph content.
• Use any bingoph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the bingoph platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of bingoph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bingoph and its licensors.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingoph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real funds deposited by you into your bingoph account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bingoph shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the bingoph platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by circumstances beyond bingoph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bingoph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

bingoph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on bingoph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bingoph processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with KYC, anti-money laundering, and other regulatory obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Delivering promotional communications where you have consented to receive them.
• Improving the bingoph platform and personalising your gaming experience.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bingoph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where bingoph makes material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the bingoph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bingoph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact bingoph's support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bingoph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
